Be patient

Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart
and try to love the questions themselves.
Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be
given you because you would not be able
to live them. And the point is to live everything.
Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then
gradually, without noticing it, live along some
distant day into the answers.

Rainer Maria Rilke, Letter to a Young Poet

"That's what it was like to be alive. To move about in a cloud of ignorance; to go up and down trampling on the feelings of those...of those about you. To spend and waste time as though you had a million years. To be always at the mercy of one self-centered passion, or another. Now you know - that's the happy existence you wanted to go back to. Ignorance and blindness. - Simon Stimson, "Our Town"

Some other new ones

Back To You
Toward Those Isles Of Yours

This is the piece that inspired Back to You, for the strong shadow on the building and the round shapes above. Georgia O'Keeffe's Patio Series.
And this inspired "Toward Those Isles". Georgia O'Keeffe's Sky with Flat White Cloud. I went with the colors and horizontal layout and just complicated issues.

Pelvis

Georgia O'Keeffe did a series of "Pelvis" paintings. These were paintings she did of bones found in the desert, which were held up to the sky, so the sky could be seen through the holes in the bones. They were very abstract, and without an explanation of what you were looking at, it was difficult to tell what you were seeing. The following two paintings are my interpretation of the Pelvis Series. These are gator skulls.
 Leave Me on Your Shores
 Where I Have Roots
These are 2 from Georgia's series.
