With thoughts of Daddy and the preciousness and fleeting qualities of life.

"Maybe you can afford to wait. Maybe for you there’s a tomorrow. Maybe for you there’s one thousand tomorrows, or three thousand, or ten, so much time you can bathe in it, roll around it, let it slide like coins through your fingers. So much time you can waste it. But for some of us there’s only today. And the truth is, you never really know.” -Lauren Oliver

Slow Autumn

12" x 36", oil $800

This one actually isn't in the Georgia show, because I was still messing with it up to a couple days ago. I was going to abandon it all together, until my daughter told me it was her favorite painting of mine to date. Hmm. Allrighty, it gets to live.

Everything's Fine.
