Another update.

It's becoming fun working on this one. I've changed the color of the sky, and added the bay to the lower right. And of course, the CLOUDS haven't even begun to take shape. They think they will beat me, but they will not.

Please let this weather break.

A little further along. Two steps forward, three steps back. The clouds are going to be a challenge, but they will get there in time. More blending in sky needed, and bay needs to be added.

This weather, OMG. Snow. Then bitter cold. Then gale winds. Then 2 days of pouring rain. JEEEEEEEZUS. I have never heard so many people say they're depressed. It has me thinking more and more of getting the * out of here and moving south. You know, to the massive hurricanes.

And it's on to the next. Another will be started tonight.

This is a sunset at Lewes Beach IN PROGRESS. The entire top portion of the painting will be clouds that are underlit by the sun, and they will take up quite a bit of time. The "scrubbed in" dark blue paint at the top will become the clouds, for the most part. Update to come, if the paint is dry enough to work on tonight.
